🔁 Returns & Refunds – Simplified

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Return
Contact us at jackiestarkqap@outlook.com to start a return. We’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your order immediately. If defective, damaged, or wrong item received, contact us right away.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the original item, then place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders: cancel or return within 14 days, no reason needed. Same condition requirements apply.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take extra time.
